Our Service
Interior fit out work requires an eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality finishes within a demanding programme.
Meeting both criteria has meant repeat work for our clients over a number of years.
Globe Interiors can if required provide a full turn-key service, offering fully managed scheme design, leading to construction and eventual furniture procurement and installation.
Globe Interiors is experienced at managing the whole process from start to finish, using either the clients design team, or our own.
Covering both new-build and refurbishment schemes with a range of values in all construction sectors, working mainly but not exclusively in the North West of England.
We are at our most effective when given an early role in the procurement process, in adding value, reducing cost and producing shorter programme periods.
Globe Interiors is also experienced in the conversion, refurbishment and commercial fit-outs of listed buildings.
We operate under both design and build and traditional contract procurement routes, as well as innovative collaborative working frameworks.
Type of work we do
We cover both newbuild and refurbishment within each of the major sectors, covering a range of project values. We have also been successful at converting and refurbishing many listed buildings across the sectors on both negotiated and tendered projects. We are also involved in commercial fitouts of new and listed city centre properties.
Where we operate
In the main we cover the North West region, working from the South Lakes to the North Midlands, across to North Wales and West Yorkshire, but we also operate outside this area for appropriate projects.
